Responsibilities

* Be present during office hours of 9am-6pm at the front desk * Ensure all supplies are stocked including break room area and office supplies * Check office for general cleanliness and address accordingly * Work with all teams and assist with scheduling of conference rooms and events * Check and sort mail and packages to ensure they go to correct departments * Work with procurement and HR team to make sure packages and critical mail items are shipped out in a timely manner * Manage and be the main POC for travel and assist employees getting accounts setup * Assist maintenance crews to make sure they have proper access * Work with building management to ensure heating/cooling, lights and security and maintained and working properly or any other physical building maintenance. * Greet office visitors and get them proper badging and access

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks * Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks * Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change * Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees * Leadership ability to manage challenges and work with little oversight * Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly * Professional and courteous demeanor as you the first impression of the company for visitors. * Must be proficient in the Microsoft office suite

Education and Experience

* Minimum High School Diploma or GED * Prefer prior experience as an Office assistant or administrator with at least 3 years of experience.
