Job Title: Payroll Tax Analyst

Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform Payroll Tax Filings, balancing, and payment processing for USA and Canada on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for a multi-state corporation and ensure timely filings and payments.
- Filing of Annual Tax Forms to agencies.
- Research and respond to agency notices and work to resolve issues.
- Processes assignments meeting the Service Level Agreement requirements.
- Responsible for daily tasks to create EFT Files, Federal Tax Wire Payments, Funding Request, Daily Balancing, and Process Sweep File from to Master Tax along with other tasks as assigned.
- Master Tax and Smart Compliance experience + Plus.
- Excellent Excel skills are needed.
- Filing payroll state, local, and federal tax returns and payments on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Completion of Payroll and Unemployment Tax Return filings.
- Other work as required by the unit.
