The Logistics Coordinator – Audio position exists to aid and facilitate the efficient operation of the Audio Department ’ s logistical functions through specific delegations from the Syndication and Marketing Manager and includes shared support to and direction from Executive Producer, Podcas t Content. Receives, analyzes, and distributes Agency-provided monthly reports Maintains affiliate records in Salesforce or other assigned database(s) Serves internal clients and external partners in administering the spot creation process Assists in Marketing efforts and materials, communicates and coordinates efforts between Syndication and Marketing teams, internal and external stakeholders, and our media agency Coordinates events for affiliate relations, including YouTube updates, industry gatherings (NRB, CMB, etc.).
