We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Asset Manager I to join our team at Invictus International Consulting, LLC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of classified and unclassified intelligence IT equipment throughout the world.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation Management: Oversee the transportation of classified and unclassified intelligence IT equipment, ensuring timely and secure delivery to destinations worldwide.
- Customs and Compliance: Work with customs officials to resolve issues related to worldwide transportation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with customers and funding personnel to ensure appropriate funding is available to meet logistics requirements, and provide support for acquisition, logistics management, equipment and spares database management, shipping and tracking, SCRM compliance, and operational spares program management.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications, and gather technical information to prepare written text.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position, or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in addition to education level, with experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired.
- Clearance: Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
Due to the nature of this position, contractor personnel must attest to being fully vaccinated or provide weekly testing results if located at facilities in medium and high community levels. Weekly testing is not required for individuals located at facilities at low community levels. Based on rates measured by the CDC, those located at facilities in counties with high community levels must always wear a mask. Masks are not required for all those located at facilities at low and medium community levels.
