About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Global Talent Management Director is responsible for developing enterprise-wide talent management strategies and processes to support the company's business strategy and growth plans. This role collaborates with business leaders and human resources business partners to align talent strategy, decisions, and actions to measurable talent outcomes including ready now internal bench strength, high potential development, employee engagement and retention.

To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to balance long-term strategic planning with solving near-term operational challenges in a rapidly growing company with substantial M&A activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of global succession planning processes to ensure the organization has a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for key roles
  • Lead the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans, to drive high performance across the organization
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to build the skills and capabilities of employees across the organization, including leadership development, technical training, functional and soft skills development
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention globally, including engagement surveys, employee recognition programs, career development opportunities, and work-life balance initiatives
  • Establish a diversity and inclusion strategy, ensuring a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture that values and respects differences
  • Utilize talent analytics and data-driven insights to track key talent metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve talent management processes and outcomes
  • Lead change management initiatives related to talent management processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new programs and initiatives across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years leading talent management initiatives
  • Demonstrated global experience designing, developing and supporting talent management strategies and initiatives in areas such as performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and HR analytics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Senior level experience as a strategic talent management partner serving as credible and trusted advisor guiding people leaders on talent management topics
  • Advanced level English skills
