The Tax Manager role is responsible for managing staff, client assignments and projects and delivering a high-quality service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with overseeing office operations and staff, client service activities, quality, reporting, production revenue budget and forecasting; and working in conjunction with the Senior Manager/ Principal on maximizing performance including production revenue maximization, and staff development. This includes coaching, advising, and supporting team members in meeting client and self-development expectations. conclusions are consistent with firm policies and professional standards. -Assist with new business development, extended service, and tax issue recognition for existing clients. -Remain up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
