The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of experience managing IT and business systems at an enterprise scale and a track record of success in international team management.The VP of Corporate IT's ultimate objective is to set a foundation for employees to have a streamlined digital experience in a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will create and iterate processes, simplify complex problem statements, and effectively communicate at every level throughout the company.

Redaptive works at the forefront of the sustainability SAAS space, making innovative energy-metering IOT devices, leveraging various best-in-class products, and building custom software solutions to enable digital transformation.

The Head of IT will work directly with the VP of Technology, acting as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the company's current and future operations.

This role will be based in Denver, CO, and oversee personnel across the US and India.

Key Responsibilities
    • Set a vision and strategic design for how information technology will be used in the company. Direct the acquisition, management, and implementation of enterprise business systems. Monitor and analyze technology and trends to improve the company's products and performance.
    • Develop 3-5 year IT roadmaps, hand in hand with business leaders.
    • Make executive decisions on behalf of the company's requirements, ensuring that solutions meet the company's short and long-term needs. Lead modernization efforts determined to have business value.
    • Create and update processes related to IT-complete implementation of SOX controls. Iterate processes to proactively gather, vet, and support company-wide IT needs.
    • Build relationships and processes with key partner departments, including finance, accounting, and legal.
    • Lead the design of the company's enterprise architecture with partnership from software and hardware engineering teams. Clarify and communicate data flows between existing and new systems.
    • Own cybersecurity and PII compliance on behalf of the company.
    • Manage technology budgets, IT assets, and vendors.
    • Lead, manage, and grow IT team-mentor team members to align with career growth goals.
Requirements/Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, or related field.

    • 15+ years working in a technological role.
    • 10+ years of managerial experience.
    • Previous experience in data-driven decision-making and utilizing metrics to drive team performance.
    • Hands-on experience with SOX and IT compliance. Experience in PII data compliance is a plus.
    • Experience in digital transformation, including a deep understanding of SAAS CRM and ERP enterprise software suite. Salesforce and NetSuite-specific experience is a plus.
    • Experiences working in various company sizes ranging from start-up, SMB, and public companies.
    • Demonstrated performance leading cybersecurity efforts. Experience in IOT cybersecurity is preferred.
    • Background in Cloud Native architecture, Service Oriented and/or Micro-Services Architecture.
    • Exceptional team management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to delegate efficiently.
    • Ability to work from Denver office location minimum 2-3 days per week.
