We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Volunteers of America. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with program regulations and policies, maintaining adherence to funder and licensing requirements, and providing expert-level knowledge of program regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular compliance monitoring of program sites, student and staff files, health and safety logs, emergency procedures, and billing compliance of funding sources.
- Review and analyze program data to ensure compliance with program objectives and funder requirements.
- Determine training and technical needs of program staff and coordinate training to ensure staff are equipped to meet program requirements.
- Provide technical assistance and consultation to program staff to ensure compliance with program regulations and policies.
- Compile, analyze, and communicate program data and outcomes to inform program development, management, and compliance.
- Prepare reports for grants and program reports to determine the effectiveness of programming.
- Demonstrated competency in compiling, auditing, and interpreting data.
- Knowledge of state and federal standards, regulations, and requirements for early childhood centers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience working in early childhood education or a related field.
- Knowledge of Colorado Early Childhood Licensing requirements and Head Start Performance Standards.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
