Job Summary

The Field Training Associate is responsible for ensuring that all field talent adheres to Winston and the client by reviewing regular Store Visit Reports and providing timely and actionable feedback. Reporting to the Field Visual Manager or Account Training Manager, the Field Training Associate review Store Visit Reports within a designated region of stores. This role will communicate regularly Store Visit Reports and photos of work executed and ensure data and information is accurate.

Education and Experience

2-3 years of Merchandise Coordinator experience

Demonstrated experience with expert-level brand and client merchandising

Responsibilities:

Job Duties

Support the Field Team in providing best-in-class client service by reviewing all reports for quality and accuracy, elevating any opportunities as necessary.

- Daily review and approval/rejection of SVRs for all visits completed in designated region daily. Provide coaching and feedback as necessary to improve execution standards.

- Train and develop field team to ensure they have expert-level knowledge of Winston and the client merchandising fundamentals, principles, and standards.

- Conduct field visits in local area to gain a thorough understanding of visit priorities, challenges and opportunities.

Support and partner with the Account Management and Training by providing guidance and assistance with report review, client recaps, field training, and program efficacy.

- Weekly follow-up on outstanding SVRs to ensure all SVRs are closed out by the end of the month.

- Oversee one-off projects that require a check-in and check-out process via email or text.

- Evaluate team store visit reports/photos; provide feedback and coaching to ensure on-floor results are within expectations for client review.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven track record of timely SVR submission, ability to meet Winston/brand SVR standards, consistently meeting multiple brand merchandising requirements, and the ability to build relationships with management.

Strong writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Must be solution-oriented, with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities, and coach the field team to do the same via strong relationships with visual, store, and department management.

Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email, the ability to master our field visit report/photo reporting system and utilize digital photography.
