This position's base salary range depends upon experience and location, ranging from $ 66,597 to $86,576.
Education & Experience Required:
•Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Business, Accounting or Finance or other related field and a minimum of 7 years of telecommunications or financial work experience or High School Diploma/GED equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience having worked with inventory Telecommunications or Information Technology.
Skills/Abilities:
•Able to us Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel.
•Strong analytical skills.
JOB SUMMARY:
Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting
relationships, other relationships:
Analyzes the OT Telecommunications budget in support of the OT
procurement process, specifically relating to new installs of telecom carrier services and processes MACD (move, add, change, and disconnect) requests. Under general direction, assists in the development and review of financial evaluations of General Services and IT related services. Maintains vendor relationships and conducts regular reviews of all accounts.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of
responsibilities):
Analyzes the carrier services inventory budget including tracking variances and preparing proposals for IT, General Service and OT groups to reduce OpEx spending based on potential network transformation. Coordinates efforts of cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of carrier services. Holds regular status meetings with key stakeholders. Assists in the development of technical evaluations for proposed carrier services in conjunction with the finance/accounting area, IT, General Services and OT management. Tracks and monitors OT expenditures capital purchases, and payment processing of telecom invoices, equipment support services in relation to carrier services requests. Supports OT Supervisor - Telecommunications with purchase order,
change management and trouble case processing as required.
Maintains OT asset, circuit inventory, and lease/contract management.
Serves as application administrator and subject matter expert for the Asentinel/Tangoe inventory and expense management application.
