Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Do You Have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment. Deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) principles, best practices, and industry trends. Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record of achieving performance goals and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus. Experience with other digital marketing channels is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
