SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Marketing Executive is accountable for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for Makes Cents, Inc. This role will oversee daily marketing operations and contribute significantly to the company's expansion and innovative business tactics. The Senior Marketing Executive will work collaboratively across various departments to ensure that marketing initiatives are in harmony with the company's objectives. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and establish the foundational framework of the marketing division.
  • Evaluate and analyze current branding and marketing tactics to enhance effectiveness.
  • Boost revenue by elevating the quality and volume of marketing leads.
  • Partner with the Chief Financial Officer to formulate and assess marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of financial resources.
  • Continuously track industry trends to predict and assess potential impacts on performance.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to devise pricing and product strategies.
  • Perform vendor assessments and audits.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate marketing campaign outcomes and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Recruit and nurture a high-performing team to achieve and surpass marketing objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with industry colleagues and stakeholders.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree in marketing, branding, business, public relations, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Significant experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, and associated software.
  • Highly observant and analytical mindset.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 annually.
