POSITION OVERVIEW:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is collaborating with an agricultural enterprise in their quest for a Senior Risk Management Executive. This pivotal role entails taking on essential responsibilities within the organization.

The individual in this position will spearhead the evaluation, formulation, and execution of hedging strategies for the company and its clientele; will emphasize business growth, and will play a key role in cash trading strategy and implementation; will oversee programs and maintain professional merchandising connections with a select group of strategic agricultural clients.

This position offers significant income potential and includes the possibility of equity participation in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate internal discussions to establish the company's overarching market perspective and devise hedging strategies while diligently monitoring and assessing critical fundamental, seasonal, and technical indicators.
  • Focus on the cultivation of new business prospects and strategic alliances that capitalize on the company's distinctive capabilities and market standing.
  • Oversee all facets of professional merchandising for a select group of strategic clients. This encompasses the development of marketing strategies, recommending and executing hedges, advising on cash trades, and managing logistics, all while maintaining regular communication with clients.
