Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties of the Senior Project Manager include:
- Collaborating with a Principal Investigator to ensure the successful execution of technical projects.
- Serving as a vital point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Monitoring compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and legal requirements.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and field operations.
- Supervising team members while also contributing to the technical aspects of assigned tasks.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Anthropology.
- Experience sufficient to qualify for direct charge on antiquities permits in at least two states within the operational region.
- Knowledge of the prehistory and history relevant to the company's service areas.
- Familiarity with the flora, fauna, geology, and lithic sources in the service regions.
- Awareness of current archaeological research methods and trends.
- A minimum of five years of experience in archaeological field investigations.
- At least three years of experience in supervising field crews and managing projects.
- Preferred: Active First Aid/CPR certification (can be obtained post-hire).
