Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes Results-oriented, innovative thinker and strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement with ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities working independently while keeping manager apprised of progress and issues Strong interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate with Finance and Operations management and flex communication style based on the audience Microsoft Excel skills Strong foundation in the use of information systems and ability to learn / manipulate systems quickly with knowledge of SAP preferred
