Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate effectively to secure optimal pricing and value through continuous market analysis, implementing a competitive bidding process, and leveraging online tools.
  • Regularly update cost tables and pricing information within the Syteline ERP system.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess inventory levels and identify supply requirements.
  • Oversee the accuracy of purchase order entry and processing.
  • Work alongside Accounts Payable to ensure precise reporting.
  • Maintain current and accurate job costing within the Syteline ERP system.

Education and Experience:

  • Familiarity with procurement software and databases; experience with Syteline is advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity.
