This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity

Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service support to clients and vendors You will provide answers to questions and provide resource information as needed Responsible for gathering detailed information, running verification checks, certificate of insurance tracking, W-9 verifications, and other pre-registering duties Answer phone calls, assist all callers with setting up profiles, updating membership subscriptions, and collecting any data needed for their account Follow-up with clients who have left messages, subscriptions that need updating enrollment verifications Respond to customer emails and chats in a professional and friendly manner Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability Data entry in various platforms Additional duties assigned as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Two or more years of customer service experience Strong interpersonal skills including strong active listening skills, ability to receive and give feedback, and goal-oriented Computer experience and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload Possesses problem-solving skills as well as being able to make logical decisions and set pretties Ability to work with deadlines and meet them by their due date HS Diploma/ GED

Pay: $19-$21/hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm
