The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value- added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP Associate maintains an effective level of business literacy around the business unit's operations, hiring plans, culture, and business needs. Primary Functions of the Position: * Works with the HRBP to administer various human resources plans and * Assists the HRBP with the staffing budget and staffing analysis. * Partner with business units and the Talent Acquisition team on identifying hiring needs. * Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. * Assists in coordinating HR Audits * Analyzes trends and metrics to provide recommendations for developing solutions, programs, and * Guide and coaches managers on performance management and conduct issues under our Progressive Discipline Policy. * Assists the HRBP in overseeing the internship program. * Provides guidance and input on departmental restructurings and workforce planning. * Creates reports and presentations utilizing HR metrics. * Support Employee Engagement Activities * Performs other related duties as assigned.
