The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Experience managing staffing in a health services environment
  • Skilled and thorough communicator
  • Ability to independently meet deadlines without manager oversight
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data, assess situations, and use critical thinking skills to problem-solve
  • Experience demonstrating prudent judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Caregiving experience required
  • Senior living experience is preferred

Wage and benefits:
  • This is a part time 20 hours a week hourly position. Starting wage is $21.50-25.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Friday and Saturday Evening Shift 1:30 pm-10:00 pm
  • Sick time
  • Significant 403b match
  • Discount at the on-site restaurant
  • Access to the on-site saline pool and fitness facilities
