- Shares responsibility for scheduling and staffing needs for our Health Service Staff.
- Helps with recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts for Health Service staff.
- Responsible for reviewing and approving timecards for Health Service staff.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Experience managing staffing in a health services environment
- Skilled and thorough communicator
- Ability to independently meet deadlines without manager oversight
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data, assess situations, and use critical thinking skills to problem-solve
- Experience demonstrating prudent judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Caregiving experience required
- Senior living experience is preferred

Wage and benefits:
- This is a part time 20 hours a week hourly position. Starting wage is $21.50-25.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Friday and Saturday Evening Shift 1:30 pm-10:00 pm
- Sick time
- Significant 403b match

- Access to the on-site saline pool and fitness facilities
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
