Client Services Representatives are an integral part of the Client Services Department at this leader in the field of food sensitivity testing and therapy. Their purpose is to complete various duties associated with efficiently and effectively supporting clients. These duties include various aspects of data entry, fulfillment/shipping of information regarding our products and services, supplies for testing, test results and patient reports, answering phones and emails, and by serving general customer service functions to clients and prospective clients.

Duties and responsibilities
* Inventory Management
* Product Assembly
* Shipping & Receiving
* Customer Service
* Answering and routing phone calls
* Answering client questions, helping to solve problems (locating test results, supply orders, etc.)
* Data entry
* Emailing test results to clients
* Processing orders, forms and enrollments
* Maintaining database by entering new and updated customer account information
* Managing CLT course orders
* Printing certificates for CLT course graduates
* Organizing workflow to meet consumer timeframes
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of MS Office and Internet use (Word, Excel, e-mail, etc.)
Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute
Strong work ethic
Customer service oriented (friendly, helpful)
Experience answering and routing calls on a multiline system
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $16.00
