Lube-Tech also operates Reliable Plus, a vehicle wash company that provides product and service solutions to customers within the c-store, grocery, fleet, and automotive industries. **JOB PURPOSE or JOB SUMMARY:**

The Customer Collection and Delivery Representative for recycling will professionally operate equipment to collect used oil, oily water, antifreeze, off spec fuels, and containerized wastes in a cost efficient, safe, courteous, and timely manner. The Driver / Customer Representative is involved in customer service issues and ensuring the service meets the customers needs. The Driver will manage the security and quality of Lube-Tech materials while loading/unloading of trucks and collecting/delivering to customers.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Safely and accurately deliver and collect products on time

* Portrays a positive company image through attentive customer service and professional appearance, positive interaction, and high work-etic

* Act as an ambassador of Lube-Tech while driving and with each and every customer, to uphold the professional company reputation ensuring all customer needs are met

* Maintain current drivers license with appropriate endorsements and medical card

* Comply with DOT hours of service rules and maintain truck operation in full compliance with DOT regulations

* Manage your driving records, maintain logbook, perform Pre/Post Trip inspections and document defects

* Build relationships with customers through friendly attitude when collecting and delivering product

* Work with customers and dispatch to maintain delivery schedules

* Become familiar with customer operations to anticipate their needs and expectations

* Communicate with dispatch regarding any changes or requests from customers

* Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of trucks/trailers along with delivery system equipment to maintain a highly reliable, professional-looking delivery vehicle

* Organized and maintain safety materials on truck to simplify future collection/delivery process, and report all safety defects to appropriate personnel immediately

* Verify documents are complete and submitted at the end of every shift

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

**Education:** High school diploma or GED

**Experience and/or Training:**

* Meets all D.O.T. qualifications in accordance with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations, Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations.

* No more than 3 moving violations in the last 36 months or 2 in the last 12 months

* No DWI or DUI in the past 5 years

* No Key crashes in the past 12 months or no more than one key crash in the past 36 Months. Key crashes include but are not limited to rear end, lane change, intersecting and or loss of control.

* Prefer 1 year driving experience and good customer service skills.

Licenses/Certificates: Current class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements.

Technology/Equipment: Understanding fuel/oil delivery, paper l ogbooks and E-Logs a plus

**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:**

This is a physical job requiring frequent walking, ability to get in and out of the truck several times a day, climbing customers equipment and standing while collecting or delivering product from customer tanks. Drums, totes, and equipment. The employee must have the ability to perform basic math. Must be able to lift hoses and/or fittings weighing up to 50 lbs. and pull a hose weighing approximately 50 - 100 lbs. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

**WORKING ENVIRONMENT:**

This position requires the driver to be in attendance during the entire process working in various weather conditions while loading and unloading the truck along with making collections and deliveries. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
