**JOB SUMMARY:**

The Driver / Customer Delivery Representative has the crucial role of safely handling and delivering inventories of Lubrication Technologies, Inc. The Driver/Customer Delivery Representative will focus on customers with the main goal of consistently exceeding customers expectations. Additionally, Drivers at Lube-Tech serve as company ambassadors by always having a professional, courteous, polite and respectful attitude to all customers. Drivers at Lube-Tech are also true business partners through constantly being eyes and ears for the organization, understanding potential customer needs and the competition.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Safely and accurately deliver products to customers on time

* Portray a positive company image through attentive customer service and professional appearance, positive interaction and high work-ethic

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

**Education:**

* High school diploma/GED equivalent, including basic math and literacy skills

**Experience****/Training**:

* Driving experience, preferably in a similar industry

* Product knowledge and experience working with fuel/oil

* DOT rules and regulations, CDL hazmat, tanker endorsement

* Basic computer skills, including ability to use hand-held devices

* Basic sales skills

* Effective communication skills and customer service approach able to engage with others

* Navigational skills and ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude

* Evidence of strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Flexible attitude and work schedule capability

* Organized and detail-oriented able to keep track of all records; use hand-held device at times

**Licenses/Certificates:**

* Class A CDL required

* 1.5 2 years of driving experience

**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:**

Ability to get in and out of truck several times a day; lift up to 75 LBS, push/pull a barrel or dolly up to 600 LBS Must be able speak, read and write, and have mathematical skills, all with sufficient proficiency to understand instructions, complete required paperwork, and communicate clearly with supervisors and staff. Instructions and required government forms are generally in English. Must be able to speak clearly, see, hear, and smell sufficiently well to safely perform assigned duties including recognizing and responding to emergencies. Must be able to think logically, question, remember, understand, concentrate, reason, make decisions, prioritize, and deal with deadlines and multiple projects.
