OverviewThe Project Controls Analyst is responsible for assisting their assigned Project Manager in the planning, cost control, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial success of assigned projects. ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Project ControlsMonthly Forecasting and FACCost Control (Budget, Commitments & Actuals)Job Cost Analysis - VariancesProject Schedule ManagementWeekly Project Coordination MeetingsMeeting Minutes and DocumentationGeneration of the Project Status Report (PSR)Job Cost ReportsVerifying S/C Application for PaymentProcessing S/C BackchargesContract AdministrationPunch-List Management SupportWarranty Review & ProcurementRisk Register Change Management (PCO/PCCO)Prime Contract Payment ApplicationsFormal Documentation of Notices to Owners and Notices to Subcontractors.The Project Controls Analyst participates in developing and presenting designated subjects in training classes and on the job training for specific processes and practices to the project team members (PM, PFE, Superintendent).
