As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer accounts and driving revenue through the execution of strategic sales plans. Core Duties and Responsibilities include: Implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. New business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement knowledgeable about the operations and key personnel of retailers, distributors, and buyers for new product introductions to achieve optimal distribution as liaison between sales and the management team in an effort to communicate market trends, competitive analysis and growth opportunities in all trade shows on behalf of company to create meaningful sales presentations for buyers, brokers and executive management with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings informed about industry developments, competitors, and market trends relationships with buyers and observing and reporting back on competitive activity. Qualifications for Ideal Candidates: 5-10 years of sales management experience in the dietary supplement world with a proven track record of success required Current relationships with buyers, distributors and brokers in the natural channel Possesses a full understanding of the natural health distribution network and processes Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to travel by car throughout New York State. Excellent organization, planning and scheduling skills. Reliable follow up and follow though.
