**Who **we’re** looking **for**

Toyota’s Eastern Region Office is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Area Sales Manager to work in the Charleston, WV market.
Reporting to the Portfolio Sales Manager, the person in this role will support TFS' Eastern Region objectives. This position will be key pointed and work across the West Virginia region.

**What **you’ll** be doing**
- Meeting with Toyota owners and executive managers in development of strategic marketing initiatives to drive business and improve customer loyalty with TFS.
- Increasing finance contract market share and contract volume annually.
- Increasing Vehicle Protection Product sales volume and product penetration annually.
- Ability to identify incremental business opportunity with assigned dealers and effectively position TFS products and programs in order to generate additional volume.
- Ability to effectively implement new TFS processes and changes as introduced throughout the year.
- Providing effective dealer training, guidance, direction and support to achieve required objectives.

**Qualifications**

**What you bring**
- B.A./B.S. degree (or higher) or equivalent professional work experience.
- Experience in a captive finance and/or insurance environment or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to sell product/services to a targeted audience.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong public speaking/presentation skills and comfortable presenting at all levels of a targeted audience including senior management.
- Demonstrated effective leadership/sales skills.
- Automotive dealer contact experience.
- This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that’s acceptable by company standards is required for this position.
