As the
Property Manager
for
WA/SA youwillmanage all property-related matters of the existing portfolio of leased retail stores and hotels within Western Australia and South Australia on behalf of Endeavour Group.

To manage and maintain the WA/SA property portfolio.
Total responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all property matters within WA/SA.
Negotiating the best commercial outcome for the business.
Maintain and grow key relationships.
Accurate reporting to management of key performance criteria and market conditions.
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
Commercial experience and knowledge of the property market (2+ Years).
A track record of successfully managing large property portfolios.
Business, planning, and financial skills including the ability to develop budgets and manage resources.
Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities offering commercial viability and benefit to the business.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to achieve results and productive relationships.
Exposure to retail property management.
Knowledge of the property market including an understanding of the issues that exist for both landlords and tenants.
Commercial astuteness including the ability to identify and target opportunities that are financially viable and ensure market benefit to the business.
Experience in presenting proposals in a clear, simple written and oral form, with sound economic justification and accepting accountability for the team’s outcome.
The ability to establish and grow strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to be a proactive and positive member of a team, challenging themselves and others within the team to find ways to improve.
A Degree in Property, or a related discipline is desirable.
