Overview

Responsible for the management of all total compensation and benefits programs and participating in the strategic planning of those programs for assigned market/region. Manages the research, development, implementation and monitoring of compensation and benefits plans. Partnering with Human Resources/People & Culture leadership, this role drives talent acquisition and retention through the creation and execution of forward-thinking compensation and benefits strategies. Oversees the compliance with legal requirements associated with compensation and benefits

Qualifications

Education: 4 Year / Bachelors, required. Graduate Degree Preferred. Experience: Minimum three years successful supervisory/management experience, preferred. Experience in the healthcare industry. Experience with working with team members and leaders at various levels in the organization, preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Operational Excellence: Exceptional operations management with strong attention to project deadlines and details; broad-based experience in directing diverse operations to ensure organizational growth and advancement. Communication: Ability to distill complex topics into crisp and concise narratives that can be consumed by audiences with varying degrees of familiarity with the subject matter. Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Power Point, Word, and Excel. Speed to Market: Effectively works in a fast-paced work environment to deliver results. Problem Solving: Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Highly Effective Communicator: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, appropriately, and inclusively with key stakeholders at all levels. Judgment: Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results. Confidentiality: Respects confidential information. Responsibilities

Analyzes data and trends to assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs in attracting, retaining, and motivating team members. Identifies emerging market trends and adjusts benefit packages to remain competitive and develops innovative solutions to anticipate future market needs. Oversees all benefits-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Manages the design, implementation, and administration of the company's total compensation programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and special pay programs. Leads a team that provides consultative guidance on compensation and benefits-related issues. Maintains expertise on Department of Labor regulations and ensures legal compliance of all compensation plans. Conducts and develops internal audits as needed to maintain program efficiency. Establishes goals and tracks performance against key indicators, assessing and improving departmental processes. Consults with senior leadership on all matters related to benefits and compensation. Assists with management of the design and administration of discretionary bonus programs. Manages communications related to all employee compensation activities. Assists in the development of job descriptions and evaluations. Collaborates with leadership on compensation issues like structure changes and pay programs. Creates a supportive and respectful work environment for team members.
