Your role

Do you have proven experience in HR Reward? Can you confidently analyze and produce compensation reports? We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to:
• become a compensation system subject matter expert who supports the global Reward function
• partner with Reward Analysts and IT to improve processes and systems
• support the bank in execution of deferred cash plans and severance reporting
• collaborate with key stakeholders such as Human Resources, Finance, Payroll and Audit in providing analytics support on policy and decision making across a range of strategic deliverables.

Your team

You'll be working in the HR Reward team based in the Raleigh, NC office. We support stakeholders within Human Resources and other functions across all business divisions on compensation strategy and structures.

Your expertise
• 3-6 years of experience working with compensation or financial data
• solid proficiency in Excel (including using complex formulas to analyze data)
• hardworking, with attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
• strong problem-solving skills including ability to re-engineer processes
• know-how to efficiently mitigate risk
• outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• proficient in Human Resource information management systems, preferred
