Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance business strategy and achieve RGA’s business plans. Work closely with regional teams and the Chief Actuary to ensure proper governance in SEA. Lead solutions for cedants with Business Development, providing pricing insights for long-term value. Supervise pricing activities ensuring timely completion of quotations. Ensure compliance with Corporate and International Pricing Standards. Allocate work, mentor, and develop subordinate pricing actuaries. Participate in the strategy development for the Pricing and Product Development team. Build relationships with client companies. Requirements

Accreditation as a fellow in a globally recognized actuarial association. 10 - 15 years of actuarial experience, Pricing experience with Reinsurer preferred. Ability to travel internationally for 2-3 days, 4 times per year. Knowledge of Asian life insurance markets and product lines. Understanding of various Individual life insurance products. Client service focus, organized, and able to manage multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Motivated, results-oriented, and innovative. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
