Office Manager

Christ the Redeemer Parish in Lake Orion is looking to hire an office manager. This person must be friendly, parishioner focused, and be able to multi task.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the staff
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Greet parishioners when they come into the office
- Publish parish bulletin, The Connection, weekly
- Manage parish calendar
- Schedule baptisms
- Receive and record mass intentions
- Process incoming/outgoing mail
- Send out weekly eblast to parishioners and prepare messages for indoor electronic message board
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Publisher and Power Point
Office management experience
Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred
Team Player
Work Hours and Benefits:
32 hours a week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Thursday
Pay: Based on experience
Job Type: Full time with health and dental insurance benefits, enrollment in Michigan Catholic Conference pension program
