What you’ll be doing
Reporting
to the Head of Field Marketing you’ll be involved in
Plan,
coordinate, and execute marketing and sponsorship events in-person and online,
such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches from start
to finish.
Coordinate
and execute content for all marketing activities in relation to event
promotion including but not limited to email marketing, event landing pages,
social media posting.
Manage
event logistics, including vendor management, budgeting, and timelines.
Monitor
and analyse social media and email metrics to measure the effectiveness of
marketing campaigns and optimise content for maximum engagement.
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to
develop sales & marketing events that drive sales and increase brand
awareness.
Manage
the company's social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand
loyalty and increase engagement.
Keep
up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in
event management, content marketing, and social media.
Always
be Researching & Experimenting - Employ a ‘Lean testing’ methodology to
analyse the success of new campaigns, based on user insights to drive product
uptake.
Foster
collaborative and communicative relationships senior leaders,
cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, particularly the sales
team.
Who we're looking for

Qualifications:
BSc/BA
in Marketing, Communications, Events or similar field.
Digital
industry training, certificates highly regarded (e.g. Hubspot Marketing
Academy, Google Academy, etc).
CRM
knowledge including Salesforce.
Email
marketing software knowledge (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud,
Campaign Monitor).
Knowledge & Experience:
Experience
in coordinating events for trade shows, round tables, conferences.
Available
to travel interstate to co-ordinate in-person events where required.
Experience
managing social media accounts and executing on social media strategies
delivering improved growth and engagement results.
Experience
using digital marketing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics,
Buffer etc.
Experience
using data analysis and visualisation tools such as data studio, excel,
sheets, etc.
Excellent
communications skills to senior leadership and a variety of technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
Ability
to think conceptually and analytically on problems and issues, identify and
present recommendations in a simple and compelling manner.
Working
in an agile business environment.
An
understanding of, or experience in marketing SaaS products.
Knowledge
of the property management business.
Keen
understanding of SEO and how content marketing across multiple channels
plays.
What your impact and success looks like
As a Marketing & Events Coordinator we expect your success and impact in the early
stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
Have
an understanding of each department and how they work with Marketing.
Formed
business relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Absorbed
and understood previous hosted and attended events, ways of working and
approaches.
Within
3 months:
Working
with Head of Field Marketing, develop an end-to-end events process.
Identified
key gaps in our current ways of working for both online and offline events.
Developed
key industry relationships with vendors, suppliers and event stakeholders
across ANZ, with knowledge of event spaces that best support the event
strategy and positioning of Reapit.
Within
6 months:
Executing
on the event strategy for Reapit ANZ both online and offline.
Coordinated
and attended a Reapit event with relevant stakeholders from start to finish.
You
are deeply embedded into the Reapit ANZ business, positioned as the go-to
person for events and sponsorships in ANZ.
