Milton Orthodontics is a community-based office with the support and resources of Simply Dental Management. Our Resource Center Teams cover the business and administrative support sides of the practice to allow our office teams to focus on providing outstanding patient care.

Job Description:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Greets all patients with a warm and friendly smile
  • Checks patients in and out for appointments
  • Schedules appointments for patients
  • Answers phones with enthusiasm
  • Picks up and organizes mail to and from office
  • Assist with patient billing processing and questions
  • Organize and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
  • Assist clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
  • Keeps reception area clean and orderly at all times
  • Checks and verifies patients' insurance
  • Takes part in company marketing events and responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager
