Vaco Staffing seeks an experienced Senior Accountant for a renowned investment management firm in Teaneck, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and manage tax planning
- Handle accounting and bookkeeping for diverse investments
- Develop and implement financial controls
- Manage capital calls and maintain liquidity
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure loan compliance and collaborate with banks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- 3+ years of investment accounting experience
- Experience in partnership accounting and tax preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA and SEI Archway experience a plus
- Public accounting or hedge fund background desired
Compensation:
- $100,000 to $115,000 per year, plus bonus

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
