Description and Requirements
The Lenovo North America Nutanix Go to Market Sr. Manager is a Lenovo internal position that manages the business of selling all Nutanix Products through the Lenovo sales and partner channels. This position will create a 5-year long-term growth strategy and manage it via quarterly business targets. The position works extensively with all Sales Teams and other internal organizations including the NA Brand Team, WW Product & Alliances, channel, and finance/operations as well as key stakeholders within Nutanix.
This role drives and manages the Lenovo Nutanix Go-to-market in key areas:
Sets a long-term strategic growth plan broken into quarterly targets.
Works with Sales to define and execute quarterly campaigns with objectives and goals by product, route, partner, and segment.
Drives demand gen programs by coordinating all internal Nutanix focused stakeholders and external partners.
Creates a process to track and manage the Nutanix Pipeline and sales participation rates.
Presents progress bi-weekly to internal and Nutanix leadership.
Creates Business Development and Technical Support processes to increase Lenovo Nutanix win rate.
Owns and drives communication and actions weekly.
Works with Key Partner Product Managers to proactively communicate Business Plans and coordinate promotional spend.
Understands sales trends and the competitive landscape at the Partners.
Be the voice of the customer that drives the WW team to create a differentiated and customer-centric product strategy.
Basic Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a relevant field
Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge and/or familiarity with the Nutanix product offering set
Strong business acumen and customer focus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage a complex GTM execution plan
Experience working in the IT channel
Strong interpersonal skills & keen attention to details
Ability to manage through influence and negotiation
Strong verbal (presentation) and written communication
