Folder ready on the corresponding line. Standard of the job. Blue Levels if applicable. Code Sheets if applicable. Make schedule every day for either 1st or 2nd. Assign a QC Inspector for each line. Set up labels format for Customer Approval. Create labels based on customer requirements. New Labels Job. Access customer portals for label formats when required. Print all necessary forms in Quality Control Department. Bulk Sheets. Pallet Forms. Set daily tasks to Inspectors to keep Quality Area Organized. Set up a Calendar for Monthly Bulk Approval. Assign a QC Inspector per Day. Create SAP for Estee Lauder. Set up the Julian Day per week. Depend on the customer requirements Verify that the pallets are approved per day on the floor and system. Approval QC release if needed. Check the line one by one when running. Make sure that the job runs correctly from the beginning to the end of the line. Review the documentation of Quality Control Inspector. Following the correct Step from F & A Specifications. Provide the Necessary training and information for new Jobs. Make sure all Quality Control Inspectors are performing their Jobs. Provide Solutions to any issues of Quality Inspectors on the floor while doing their Job. Detailed all Forms for any new customer requirements so Quality Inspectors are able to understand in easy ways and forms. Give Basic Training for New Quality Control Inspector than schedule one-on-one training with each Inspector.
