Perform production activities when necessary to meet goals or as short term substitute operator. Responsible for Sub/conformal coat processes utilizing automated equipment and hand assembly. Performs routine equipment setup, operation and adjustment. Ensures processes and equipment remain acceptable within company manufacturing standards. Install hardware and apply consumables to the highest industry (IPC) standards. All other assigned duties as required within the production organization. Good reading vision: ability to sit/stand for up to 10 hours daily. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. Ability to work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week and flexible to work weekends as needed. Ability to work extra hours at the company's request is mandatory. Regular attendance is an essential job function for this position. Education and Experience: Education:High School Diploma and 1 year technical related experience in an electronics production environment or equivalent.
