Position Summary:
The Electronics Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in assembling electronic components into chassis and PCB assemblies with minimal supervision. This position demands adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently. Training will be provided to achieve successful operational certification.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize pneumatic, electric, and hand tools effectively.
2. Install electronic components into various chassis and circuit board assemblies as per provided documentation.
3. Prepare chemical mixtures according to manufacturer specifications.
4. Apply epoxy and coatings using dispensing equipment.
5. Conduct visual inspections of work in progress for defects and make necessary adjustments.
6. Understand and follow detailed instructions, including blueprints.
7. Maintain regular communication with supervisors and suggest procedural improvements.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
9. Participate in meetings and special training sessions as required.
10. Cross-train in other areas and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in assembly operations and working with hand tools is preferred.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to pass an eye exam with a minimum vision of 20/20, correctable with glasses or contact lenses.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows, Word, and Outlook.
- Understanding of PCB assembly processes, including reading assembly drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Capability to handle chemicals and biological agents safely.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain seated or standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to regular attendance and adherence to safety protocols.
