" Absolute minimum of 2 years of recent Service Desk experience for residents of Southeast Michigan. Prefer more but will not consider less. " Out-of state candidates need to be top candidates, as there is more risk/complication involved, want to see at least 4 years of highly relevant experience for them. " Need experience in Service Desk/Help Desk or other titles that are customer-facing tech support and not in-person specifically. " Do not want system admins/network admins/cyber security professionals/project managers/programmers/other elevated roles unless they have Service Desk experience within the last 5 years and it s clear why they want to return to a lower tier role. " Ideal candidates will have Service Desk experience supporting a healthcare environment. " Ideal candidates will also have other customer service roles in their career history (call center, food service, retail, etc.) " Experience supporting Epic, Microsoft (Windows and Office), VPN, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). " Experience working remotely " Stable job history " Customer service experience in addition to technical experience is always a positive - positions in food service, retail, or other non-tech support roles are something we like to see on the resume.
