Due to considerable growth within our payroll solution service, we are now looking for professional people who have a passion for delivering first in class customer experience to join our customer contact team.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their payroll queries such as confirming payment dates, explaining their payslips, questions around processing expenses, submitting timesheets or simple guidance using their online portals.

We would love to speak with people who have previous experience working in customer facing position and thrive in a fast paced customer focused environment. You will need to have a genuine passion for problem solving and helping customers.
