Job Summary:
The Human Resource Specialist at DSR Motor Group will work out of our Toyota dealership in Salem, New Hampshire and will assist in overseeing all human resource activities for the company's 12 locations throughout New England. This position is a full-time, individual contributor role and will report directly to the Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate will have an interest in HR and possess excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage all aspects of human resources for the company. The ideal candidate should also have the knowledge and ability to quickly learn and adapt to using common software applications and internet-based management tools and programs to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation processes
