Job Description

This entry-level Provider Enrollment Specialist is responsible for researching and resolving Enrollment issues. In this role, the Specialist will work and maintain various spreadsheets used by multiple departments to maintain providers in the billing system and resolve enrollment claim rejection issues.

This position will be considered hybrid with a mix of at home and in office work. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday will be in the Conshohocken office while Tuesday and Friday you will be able to work remotely.

This position is Monday-Friday. No nights or weekends required

Starting rate for this role is $17.65 with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal systems to ensure new groups and providers are added to the billing system timely and accurately.
  • Maintain internal database of rejected enrollment claims issues. This includes, but is not limited to, research issues, communicate with regional enrollment offices, track and monitor progress, and update billing system to ensure claims are rebilled once issues are resolved.
  • Serve as a liaison to regional offices troubleshooting any enrollment issues.
  • Consistently work notifications that are received daily regarding providers' statuses and claims release in the billing system.
  • Build knowledge base for payor requirements and forms.
  • Develop working knowledge of payor policies for multiple states.

Education / Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Communications, or English is a plus.
  • Database and Excel spreadsheet experience is required.
  • Able to efficiently use computer software applications, i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Zoom.
