Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to and enforcement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance throughout our facilities.
- Perform quality inspections of components, bulk product, work-in-process, and finished goods related to contract packaging.
- Review documentation and verify component attributes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and compliance processes.
- Train quality inspectors and provide guidance on quality and compliance procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- General knowledge of FDA regulations related to cGMP and quality control/assurance.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to apply moderately complex mathematical operations to assigned tasks.
- Working knowledge of basic Windows applications, including Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office programs.
The working environment is clean and not normally subject to hazardous conditions. The employee is normally required to stand for long periods of time within a production room.
