Role: Accounting Specialist

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Pay: $25 - $26 / hour

Industry: Education

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable process
  • Address and resolve any vendor or payable issues
  • Accounting and bookkeeping support, including the processing of journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations and other accounting activities as required
  • Assist the Controller with monthly closings
  • Process and record daily check and credit card deposits
  • Assist with annual financial audit
