Job Summary: We are searching for an organized and reliable Phone Receptionist to join our team at O'Daniel Honda in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, providing information about our products and services, and taking payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly position at our Omaha, Nebraska dealership. We offer a competitive hourly rate salary of $15 - $17 per hour based on work history and experience that will be paid semimonthly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and access to a number of other benefits and discounts through our employee program. Schedule: Monday: 11am -8pm, Monday - Thursday, Friday: OFF, Saturday: 8am-6pm, Sunday: Closed Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls promptly and provide courteous customer service. * Identify customers' needs and provide assistance with scheduling appointments and other requests. * Accurately process customer payments. * Advise customers on products and services available. * Demonstrate a working knowledge of company services and information. * Monitor customer satisfaction and provide resolution assistance. * Update customer database with changes in contact information. * Ensure messages are relayed accurately and follow up with customers when needed. * Remain up to date with changes to products and services. * Scanning documents for digital storage. Requirements: • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills. • Ability to respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
