Our Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives pipeline generation, brand awareness, and establishes market leadership. Leveraging your deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, you'll lead a high-performing team of marketing specialists across global campaign management, digital and event marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) to effectively reach C-suite decision-makers, engineering teams, and security practitioners.

You'll Spend Your Time:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the demand generation funnel, from lead generation to qualification and pipeline creation.
  • Owning the development of global campaigns to support net new pipeline creation across new logos (enterprise and mid-market).
  • Engaging in customer expansion motions by developing programs aligned with the customer lifecycle, generating pipeline and creating interest.
  • Interlocking with regional marketing and sales stakeholders to align global campaign creation and execution in support of core markets across the AMER, EMEA & APJ.
  • Being highly analytical in managing and inspecting the GTM funnel and the lead-to-sales handoff.
  • Implementing persona and campaign-based marketing to security and development audiences.
  • Contributing to the development of impactful market narratives and related messaging/content, leading seamless integration into multi-channel campaigns.
  • Being responsible for all global corp events in all theaters - AMERS, EMEA, ANZ, and Japan.
  • Developing and executing a data-driven demand generation strategy that aligns with Snyk's overall business objectives.
  • Driving the collaborative development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and optimizing Snyk's marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Tracking and measuring the performance of all marketing activities and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and identifying new opportunities to reach target audiences.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across the GTM team.
What You'll Need:
  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation in Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Being a creative marketer who can adapt to the pace of an ever-changing technology market.
  • Experience with critical marketing tools that support ABM, paid search and social, and programmatic marketing.
  • Experience leading and managing a high-performing marketing team.
  • A deep understanding of the enterprise B2B marketing landscape and the latest demand generation best practices targeting technical buyers.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for Snyk's mission and a strong desire to make a significant impact on the company's growth.
We'd be Lucky if You:
  • Are highly proficient at using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Looker and other similar programs.
  • Have experience with 6Sense, terminus or equivalent tools.
