The role As our Demand Generation Manager, your mission is to generate awareness and demand for Ketryx products and services. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This expansive role will wear many hats as we continue to determine the highest ROI channels for lead generation. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll be responsible for qualified lead and demand generation via multiple channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, tradeshows, events, webinars, and social media).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated demand generation programs throughout the buyer cycle to help drive pipeline (MQLs & SQLs) and keep pipelines full of relevant potential customers to meet sales targets

Collaborate with the sales team to generate demand from accounts via ABM

Work with the internal team and our agency partners to design and build all necessary assets for tactical execution (i.e., webinars, white papers, emails)

Own lead gen from paid and organic channels (SEO, organic and paid social, SEM)

Own, plan, and execute speaking, events, and tradeshows

Optimize the website for lead generation and build landing pages

Build effective marketing dashboards and reports to ensure all campaigns are tracked and analyzed to understand performance and determine ROI

Daily management of email and social marketing campaigns

Required Skills

5+ years of experience operating B2B lead/demand generation campaigns, including webinars, email marketing, advertising campaigns, ABM, etc.

1+ years experience working in HubSpot

Strong self-starter mentality capable of forging an independent path to get things done, demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision to activate and manage multiple channels

Ability to grasp highly complex technical concepts quickly

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

Strong organizational skills and habits

A passion for metrics and experience using data to guide decisions, programs, and spending.

You are savvy with critical platforms and tools like Hubspot, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
