The Role:
As Senior Manager, Digital Marketing youare responsible forthe growth, execution,and operational excellence globally for all Lakeside digital marketing programs that helpacquirenew customers and accelerate the sales pipeline. This role requires a combination ofdigital marketing,growth marketing, business analysis,and technical expertise to create technology-oriented disruptive marketing programs that drivedynamic growth for Lakeside.You will have the responsibility to drive growth through experimentation and unique ideas based on a deep understanding ofdigital marketing,data andall aspects of our business.Your role will be cross-functional in nature working in tandem with Sales, Marketing, andCustomerSuccess to build andcreate newhigh-impactmarketing programs. This is ahands-onrole that requires a strong track record.
What You'll Do
The core functions of this role include:
Developing integrated GTM strategies across all digital channels and regions (US/EMEA).
Executing a portfolio oftactical marketingprograms including virtual events,search engine marketing (SEM), SEO, retargeting,Account-based marketing, LinkedInadvertising,email marketing, social media, content marketing,web video,and outbound digital prospecting.
Driving traffic to the website, landing pages, etc. with the intent of optimizing & increasing conversion rates.
Ensuring quarter over quarter growth of our pipeline-building programs
Identifying benchmarks andimplementnew practices and strategies to improve followers and engagement across all relevant social platforms
Leveraging datato measure the performance of each Marketing program and campaign spanning multiple programs; identify bottlenecks and opportunities to focus on; define the KPIs and goals for success. Bring traditional and creative ideas on how to quickly unblock those bottlenecks and exploitopportunities.
Managing digital assets and support the company’s business objectives (Awareness, Brand Presence, Leads, Conversion, and Revenue).
Defining KPIs for each Marketing Program
Playing akeyrole in the rapid evolution of ourMartech stack
What You'll Bring to Lakeside
The key requirements for this include:
5+ years ofB2Bmarketing / analytics / revenue generation capacity in the software industry, preferably within enterprise Software-as-a-Service offerings
Deep experience with Marketo, 6Sense, SFDC, WordPress, LinkedIn, and Google analytics
Strong track record of building growth programs globally (US/EMEA) that have a measurable impact.
Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills (e.g.email or promotional campaign copy)
Analytical data-driven mindsetand expertise improving acquisition and conversion rates across the entire pipeline
Use ofA/B test as well as advanced analytics techniques
Experience successfully executing and building pipeline from programs includingaccount-based marketing and all aspects of digital marketing, including web, SEO, search engine marketing, digital advertising, marketing automation, and virtual events.
Strong leadership skills and experiencemanaging 3rd party vendors (Devops, Consultants, etc.)
Strong detail orientation, project management and organizational skills
Open mindset and willingness to learn
Experience collaborating closely with SDR teams
Location: Remote in the US; Eastern or Central timezone required
