***Ideal candidate must have 15 years of experience in civil engineering, resource development, or construction industries.

Summary:

The ultimate mission of this position is to increase the company's consolidated sales and profit.

Business Development Manager will take responsibilities to connect the demands for each group companys products by discussing with the marketing people throughout the group company, research the potential market, and promote the products through exhibitions and conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes of the business development strategic plans.
  • Research the potential market for the group-wide promotion (Renewable energy, Recovering from / Mitigating the disaster damages, etc.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes of the business development strategic plans.
  • Coordinate the group-wide discussion to promote the products in a cross-sectional way.
  • Accommodate to exhibit Group companys products in some conferences. (EAGE, Dam Safety etc.)
  • Direct website planning, content, design, and optimization.
  • Report to and communicate with the company's HQ regarding the business development activities periodically.

Other & Miscellaneous:

  • Seek constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
  • Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by president and other senior management.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in the workplace.
  • Report all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.
  • Maintain good communication with other managers, the Company staff & outside contacts.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in civil engineering, resource development, or construction industries.
