New Ventures Development:

  • Identify and create a services road map for 2 years

  • Identify market size, competition, cost of entry, resource requirements, and development cost.

  • Create a revenue model and forecast for each segment

  • Identify partners for each project

  • Create a Business Development Plan for any new ventures

  • Create and Manage Business setup Process (List Provided)

  • Assist in staffing and onboarding

  • Execute business setup checklist provided

 

  • Manage Business based on the following. Monthly Tracking and Reports

    • Revenue Growth

    • Gross Profit Margin

    • Net Profits

    • Evaluate the cost of client acquisition

    • Revenue per client

    • Profits per client

  • New Programs

    • Scalable model to increase revenue

    • Marketing & Lead Generation

    • Evaluate current marketing, advertising, and Lead generation

    • Cost per lead

    • Cost Per Client

    • Scalability

    • Identify Expansion on Marketing and Lead Generation

    • New sources of leads

    • Prove of concept with a set budget for each source

    • Evaluation report for 60-90 cycle

 

  • Revenue Channel Development & Management:

  • Track and Manage each partner, affiliate, and referral sources

  • Manage Income and performance for each source

  • Add new Firms, Partners, and Affiliates

  • Eliminate non-performing Partners

  • Target Income Performance:

  • %15 months after the month

 

  • Marketing Expansion and evaluation:

  • Social Media Plan and Content Management

  • Managing Funnel performances

  • Retargeting Management

  • Managing Sales and Closer for performance, conversion, and revenue per staff
