Reporting to our Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the U.S. group benefit plans; including medical and dental plans, vision, life and disability, health savings accounts/flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, voluntary benefit programs and the defined contribution program.
Your Role
- You will lead the benefits program for the entire organization, including recommending new or improved benefits plan designs, policies, efficiencies, and cost-saving measures, and leading the benefits support in our HCM system, Workday.
- You will troubleshoot to resolve all aspects of the organization's benefit plans.
- You will lead our annual benefit plan audits and ensure compliance with federal and state laws including the ACA.
- You will manage employee/employer and employee/vendor relationships. You will review and modify, as necessary Plan Documents, Summary Plan Descriptions and administrative procedures.
- You will facilitate the annual Open Enrollment process, carrier feeds, health plan renewals and communication materials.
- You will design and validate reports utilizing the Workday and benefit vendor websites.
- You will manage all aspects of Leave of Absence benefits
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years benefits experience with health and defined contribution plans.
- A high attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to collect, organize and analyze data is required.
- Proven track record in the management of benefit plans and a strong focus on plan compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of payroll and accounting relationship to benefits.
